Purchasing Supervisor – Plastic Manufacturing

To oversee and manage procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of raw materials (e.g., polymers and additives) and services at optimal cost and quality, supporting uninterrupted production operations.

Execute and supervise daily purchasing operations aligned with production plans.Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and contractual terms.Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to determine material requirements.Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.Analyze procurement costs and implement cost-reduction strategies.Ensure quality compliance of received materials in coordination with QA.Prepare periodic procurement performance reports.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
