QA/QC Supervisor (Petroleum Services)

Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

The successful candidate will ensure that quality procedures, documentation, audits, and process compliance are effectively implemented across workshop and field operations while supporting the QA Manager in maintaining international certifications and customer requirements.This position requires full-time assignment at the company's operational sites.

The role is not based at the Company's Cairo office Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operational activities.Ensure compliance with API, ISO, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.Monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.Conduct internal process audits and support external customer and certification audits.Verify quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.Follow up on NCRs, CAPAs, and Root Cause Analysis activities to ensure timely closure.Support document control and quality records management.Deliver quality awareness sessions and provide guidance to operational teams.Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and HSE departments to promote quality culture.Prepare quality reports and KPI updates for the QA/QC Manager.Supervise QA/QC Inspectors and daily inspection activities.Ensure inspection and testing are performed in accordance with approved procedures and customer requirements.Review inspection reports, quality records, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Verify product conformity before release to customers.Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.Supervise and support QA/QC personnel.Assist during customer, third-party, and certification audits.Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across all operations

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas or Petroleum Services industry.Minimum 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, quality auditing, document control, and quality systems.Experience in OCTG Services, Machine Shop Operations, or Manufacturing is preferred.Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites.
