QC Civil Engineer

Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).Review project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements before construction activities begin.Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.Prepare, submit, and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) with the Consultant/Client.Monitor material approvals and verify that all materials comply with project requirements.Coordinate and witness field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as concrete, soil, aggregates, and reinforcing steel.Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and related documentation.Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve quality issues.Participate in internal and external quality audits.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company quality procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance within construction projects (or as required by the employer).Knowledge of international standards, construction specifications, and quality management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of QA/QC documentation software is an advantage.
