Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with company standards.Ensure all construction, finishing, and MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.Review and verify client modifications on-site to ensure compliance with approved BOQs and QS requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.Review material submittals and ensure only approved materials are used.Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective actions, and verify closure.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.Perform snagging inspections and ensure all defects are resolved before handover.Support client inspections and ensure all handover documentation is complete.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within real estate, residential, or mixed-use projects.Strong knowledge of finishing works, MEP coordination, and handover processes.Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
