Quality Assurance Engineer

Managed Quality Assurance Systems: ISO 9001 and ISO 45001Implement, maintain, and enhance quality assurance systems from raw materials to ensure product conformance and effectively address customer complaints.Conduct follow-up pre-production activities to resolve technical and quality issues before product introduction.Apply Total quality management (TQM)standards across all processes and practices to ensure excellence in products and services.Implement effective corrective actions for non-conformance cases and analyze their root causes to prevent recurrence in the future.Supervise the establishment of internal quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.Analyze quality-related information and feedback throughout all stages of production.

Identify critical areas requiring attention, make necessary decisions to address issues, and ensure that all decisions are documented and communicated to relevant parties to maintain consistent standards across the production process.Establish suitable quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable quality limits) for raw materials and production processes to effectively exceed customer expectations.Enhance the skills and knowledge of all stakeholders and foster quality awareness among employees to improve their capabilities and meet both organizational and customer requirements.Additional Responsibilities:Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed at all times.Address and discuss issues with superiors, proposing viable solutions.Document quality assurance activities and prepare audit reports for review.Make recommendations for continuous improvement.Create training materials and operating manuals to support quality initiatives.

QualificationBachelor's degree in mechanical Production and design, Scince or related fieldLean Six Sigma Certified.ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifiedExperience:2+ years of experience in quality management systems, such as ISO standards 9001 and 45001Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, process capability, statistical analysis, and Capacity calculation.Knowledge:Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assuranceSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standardsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
