Quality Assurance Engineer

Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Analyze quality data and prepare regular quality performance reports.Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution activities.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable quality regulations.Participate in supplier quality evaluations and audits.

Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.Age above 30 years.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.Experience in quality audits, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or black Belt certification is preferred.
