Quality Assurance Engineer (IT / Software)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA)

Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in both Manual and Automated Testing.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering high-quality software, identifying issues before they reach customers, and continuously improving the testing process.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute manual test cases.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and daily stand-ups.Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.Strong experience in Manual Testing.Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Git version control.Performance or security testing experience is a plus.Experience testing logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS applications is an advantage.
