Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacturing Experience)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA)

Manager to lead our QA department.

The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory, customer, and international quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain QA systems in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, IFC standards, and environmental, health & safety regulations.Lead internal and external audits, manage corrective actions, and oversee documentation.Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and consistency.Train and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Report regularly to senior management on quality KPIs and improvement initiatives.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of QA experience in chemical manufacturing or additives industry.Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Experience working with IFC-compliant companies or international investors is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.
