Quality Assurance Specialist

Standardize documentation, including policies, quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and standard processes.Prepare and follow the implementation of internal quality audit plans.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation adherence.Ensure issuing and updating of documentation according to standard requirements.Identifying and resolving the process workflow.Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements.Issue corrective/preventive action requests when needed.Conduct QA training, and orientation for employees when needed.Provide consultation for employees concerning QA issues.Ensure implementation of QHSE company rules and procedures.Control the distribution of all the companies’ quality documentation.Monitor all quality related activities on the project.Perform management system audits and follow all nonconformity reports.Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.Recommend and implement improvements when required.Monitor statistical method reporting.Follow up and report lean manufacturing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.Good English communication skills – written and verbal.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position is required.Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO

14001.Lean manufacturing full awareness.Good in Statistical process control and statistical tools.Excellent data collection and analytical skills, Thoroughness and Judgement.Strong attention to detail.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Customer service competency.Ability to work in a team.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and result-oriented (able to prioritize and plan).Excellent computer skills.
