Quality Assurance Supervisor

NILEWOOD is looking for a QA Supervisor to supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities across production lines and ensure compliance with our quality management systems.

The role works closely with the Quality Department and plays a key part in maintaining product quality and driving continuous improvement within an industrial environment.The following qualifications and experience are required for this role:● Supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities across production lines● Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems● Identify quality issues early and coordinate with production to resolve root causes, not just symptoms● Support internal audits and maintain accurate quality records and reports

● Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering● 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC● Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 — Lead Auditor certification in one of them is a plus● Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Visio and Minitab is a plus
