Quality Control Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Quality Monitoring & Inspection:Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, incoming in-process goods, and finished products according to established procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to quality standards and specifications.Use appropriate measuring and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and functionality.Support the evaluation of the precision and accuracy of production and analytical equipment.Documentation & Data Management:Document inspection and test results instantly, accurately, and clearly in quality logs and reports.Retain materials, products, and data related to product quality, process reliability, and non-conformance.Assist in the design and development of forms and instructions for quality evaluations and reporting.Non-Conformance & Problem-Solving:Identify non-conforming products and assist in initiating containment actions.Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality failures and deviations.Contribute ideas for corrective and preventive actions.System Support & Continuous Improvement:Assist in the development and initiation of new quality standards and protocols.Learn and apply lean six sigma principles to help drive continuous improvement projects.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedural protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in quality control in the manufacturing sector.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems effectively.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with key stakeholders.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English.9 hours based shifts.Location: Preference for candidates residing in Giza.Preferred skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Lean Six Sigma experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.Apply attention to detail and meticulous approach to work.
