Quality Control Engineer

Oversee production processes to ensure products meet approved specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.Implement and manage quality inspection plans for raw materials, in-process production, and final products.Verify that local and imported raw materials comply with company and R&D quality and technical standards.Collaborate with R&D, production, engineering, and suppliers to implement design updates and resolve quality issues.Conduct inspections, testing, and assessments to identify defects, deviations, and root causes.Document quality issues, prepare analytical reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.Train production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best manufacturing practices

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics0 to 2 years of experienceExpertise in testing methods and quality control tools specific to the lighting manufacturing fieldProficient in working with technical specifications and engineering drawings to ensure adherence throughout productionExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
