Quality Control Engineer (Polyethylene Film)

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processesDevise and review specifications for products or processesFollowing the requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligationsSupervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedbackOversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standardsInspect the final output and compare properties to requirements.Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysisSolicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are metSubmit detailed reports to appropriate executivesCoordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance

Proven experience in quality control (polyethylene film) – plastic.A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approachOutstanding communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProficient in MS OfficeIn-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standardsExcellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methodsBSc/BA in chemistry or a relevant field.
