Quality Control Manager

Oversee all quality control plans and activities, ensuring that products comply with international standards and meet company objectives for excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:Set the annual objectives for the Quality Control department and team to ensure clarity of vision and alignment toward measurable results.Review and approve testing plans in line with international standards to guarantee compliance and achieve the highest levels of product quality.Validate and apply new work models and update them when required, in coordination with relevant departments, to enhance efficiency and operational alignment.Continuously monitor international quality standards to ensure company practices remain updated and competitive.Manage external factory visits to build trust, ensure transparency, and maintain a state of readiness.Evaluate employee performance and achievements regularly to foster continuous improvement and promote a high-performance culture.Review engineering drawings for new products and ensure alignment with specifications, in collaboration with R&D, to support innovation and deliver high-quality products.Lead activities that support continuous improvement initiatives to sustain the efficiency of monitoring processes and strengthen a culture of development.Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and 5S standards to maintain a safe work environment and promote a culture of discipline and organization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management relevant degree+10 years of experience in quality control or related field, with a strong understanding of quality control standards and processes.Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.Business knowledge and process design.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
