الوصف الوظيفي

  • Establish and maintain factory-wide quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
  • ManageIncoming Quality Assurance (IQA)for raw materials and purchased components.
  • Supervise quality control forinjection molding and manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor assembly operations including mirrors, lamps, wiring, sockets, drilling, bonding, gluing, and finishing.
  • Develop inspection plans, work instructions, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
  • Implement inspection usingjigs, fixtures, gauges, templates, and measuring equipment.
  • Verify product dimensions, hole locations, fitment, alignment, appearance, and functionality.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality problems.
  • ManageIn-Process Quality Control (IPQC)and production-line inspections.
  • ManageOutgoing Quality Control (OQC)and approve products before packaging and shipment.
  • Control packaging quality and warehouse quality procedures.
  • Lead and develop quality inspectors and technicians.
  • Manage ISO documentation and internal/external quality audits.
  • Establish and monitor Quality KPIs such asFPY, DPMO, rejection rates, and scrap rates.
  • Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management.

المتطلبات والشروط

  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
