Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:Design and implement robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems to monitor and improve product quality across all stages.Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.Drive Process Improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant industry regulations.Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor process performance and identify trends.Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and report on key quality metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Engineering principles, advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies, and proficiency in tools for Data Analysis. A strong command of ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control, and Root Cause Analysis is essential.

Your ability to drive Process Improvement and conduct thorough Auditing will be key to your success.
