Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and support internal and external audits.

Review customer complaints and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.

Analyze quality data and prepare reports with recommendations for process improvements.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality.

Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and calibration status.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering.

Previous experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry is a must.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
