Quality Manager

Develop and implement quality policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO standards).Supervise inspections and testing processes.Ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.Lead continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare periodic quality performance reports.Train employees on quality standards and procedures.Coordinate with different departments to ensure quality compliance.Handle customer complaints and prevent recurrence.Manage internal and external audits.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Experience in quality management.Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards Minimum 15–20 years of experience in quality management Strong leadership skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in computer applications.
