Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality management activities within our automotive and sheet metal manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, improving manufacturing processes, leading the quality team, investigating quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Materials Engineering.7–10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.Experience in the automotive and/or sheet metal manufacturing industry is a Must.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, QA/QC, and CAPA.Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.
