Monitor and evaluate Sales and Customer Service calls, chats, and customer interactions.Review transactions, quotations, pricing, and translation requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.Audit operational activities and ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.Monitor PRO service processes and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.Identify quality issues, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.Prepare quality evaluation reports and scorecards.Document errors, recurring issues, and customer complaints.Provide feedback and recommendations to supervisors and management.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service consistency.Maintain accurate quality records and reports.Support process improvement initiatives across departments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Customer Service Quality, or Operations Auditing.Experience in monitoring calls and evaluating service quality.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Familiarity with SOPs and compliance procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.Experience in service-based companies is preferred.English proficiency is a plus.
