Quality Supervisor

· Key Responsibilities Supervise all Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities throughout receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and distribution.· Ensure full compliance with the requirements of the National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) and all Egyptian food regulations.· Maintain and monitor compliance with Whitelist requirements for food manufacturing facilities.· Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP, and FSSC 22000 food safety management systems.· Ensure strict implementation of hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and personnel hygiene procedures.·Conduct internal audits and prepare the facility for NFSA, customer, and certification audits.· Monitor CCPs, product specifications, traceability systems, and product release procedures.· Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement effective CAPA.· Supervise laboratory testing, microbiological monitoring, environmental swabbing, and product verification.· Ensure compliance with Halal requirements and meat handling regulations where applicable.· Develop quality KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.· Train production teams on food safety, hygiene practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.· Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments to improve product quality and operational performance.

Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Microbiology, or related discipline.· Minimum 3–5 years as a Quality Supervisor in food industries and meat processing industry is plus· Proven experience dealing with NFSA inspections, customer audits, and Whitelist (White License) compliance requirements.· Certified training in HACCP and ISO 22000 is highly preferred.
