Quantity Surveying Engineer

Job description:We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing full quantity take-offs, managing purchase quantities, and reviewing subcontractor invoices — ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for all project items.
• Prepare and verify purchase quantities in coordination with the procurement team.
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze consumption and waste rates for each work item.
• Support cost control by preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow updates.
• Conduct quantity verification and update records according to site progress.
• Assist in evaluating variation orders and price comparisons.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of consumption and waste rates for construction materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with cost management Revit software (e.g., Candy, CostX) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team.
