Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be the financial backbone of our projects, ensuring every aspect from initial estimates to final accounts is meticulously managed.

You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of diverse construction and engineering ventures, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various engineering and construction projects.Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to ensure optimal project cost-effectiveness.Manage and administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to monitor project progress and financial performance.Perform risk and value management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier tenders and agreements.Provide expert advice on contractual matters and financial implications of project decisions.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Architecture, Civil Engineering principles, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD.

Experience with Quantity Surveying software and BIM would be highly advantageous.

Required Skills:Architecture and Civil Engineering fundamentals.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/costing software.Solid understanding of Engineering principles across construction, civil, mechanical, and electrical domains.Demonstrated expertise in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Contract Administration.Strong capabilities in Project Management, Financial Analysis, and Negotiation.Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a significant plus.Exceptional Problem Solving abilities and meticulous Attention to Detail.Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction or engineering sector.Career Level Expectations: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and contribute immediately to complex projects.
