Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Engineer to lead quantity surveying, payments, variation orders, and contract claims across construction projects.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with FIDIC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimatesSubmit Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs)Manage and price variation ordersPrepare, submit, and negotiate contractual claimsMonitor project costs, budgets, and cash flowAdminister contracts per FIDIC conditionsPrepare monthly commercial and cost reports

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management5–7 years of experience in a construction companyExpertise in quantity surveying, payments, variations, and claimsStrong knowledge of FIDIC contracts (mandatory)Advanced Excel and commercial reporting skillsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
