R&D Methodology Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:Support the Research & Development department in developing, validating, and implementing scientific methodologies for product formulation and analytical testing.

Ensure all R&D activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing, optimizing, and validating analytical and formulation methodologies for new and existing products.Conduct laboratory experiments, stability studies, and data analysis under the supervision of senior scientists.Prepare accurate documentation, including method protocols, development reports, and validation reports.Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and internal R&D SOPs in all laboratory activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production) to ensure smooth transfer of methods and formulations.Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and calibration records.Participate in troubleshooting activities related to analytical methods or formulation performance.Keep updated with scientific advancements, regulatory guidelines, and new analytical techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Science.2–5 years of experience in R&D, analytical methodology within the pharmaceutical industry.Basic knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, UV, Dissolution testing, etc.) is an advantage.Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and QC principles.Good scientific writing and documentation skills.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
