R&D Specialist

You will be at the forefront of creating products that tackle the diverse challenges of modern farming.

ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of our R&D team, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle from lab bench to market shelf:Identify trends and "pain points" in the current agricultural market to guide development.Create innovative product formulations utilizing available raw materials and localized resources.Write and implement actionable SOPs to enhance production efficiency and product stability.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry), Agriculture, or Pharmacy.Experience: Associate level (minimum 2 years), preferably within the agrochemical, fertilizer, or pharmaceutical sectors.Technical Skills: Strong practical command of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry.Herbal and Oil extraction and metabolites purification.Proficiency in analytical laboratory techniques and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).Experience drafting SOPs and technical documentation.The "Plus" Factor: Direct experience in developing a product that has successfully reached the market or passed feasibility testing against commercial benchmarks is highly valued.
