Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated Remote Real Estate Agent to handle and convert qualified Dubai property leads.

The agent will communicate with potential buyers, provide project information, conduct online meetings, and nurture leads until closing.This role is remote, with a basic salary plus commission structure, and focuses mainly on off-plan and investment properties in Dubai.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads interested in Dubai real estate.Present property projects and investment opportunities to clients.Conduct online meetings and consultations with potential buyers.Build strong relationships with clients and understand their investment needs.Provide accurate project information, payment plans, and ROI expectations.Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until closing.Update lead tracking sheets regularly.Coordinate with the company for booking forms and closing procedures.

Real estate experience preferred.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent English communication skills.Comfortable conducting Zoom / WhatsApp meetings with clients.Ability to follow up with leads consistently and professionally.Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.Basic understanding of Dubai off-plan property investments is preferred.
