Recruitment Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

The role requires building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and stay updated on employment trends and best recruiting practices.

Experience with sourcing, screening, and candidate assessmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsStrong knowledge hiring practices, and workforce planningOutstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience recruiting in industries such as Customer Service, BPO
