Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Strategically source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment operations.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an employer of choice.Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

Skills & Technologies You'll Utilize:You'll leverage your expertise in Recruitment, Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing daily.

Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is key, as is your ability to conduct effective Interviewing and manage Onboarding processes.
