Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.Proven experience 1+ years in recruitment / talent acquisition.Manufacturing background is a MUST.Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.Strong interviewing, communication, and sourcing skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HR systems.Familiarity with competency-based interview (CBI) techniques.
