Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleHands-on experience with the largest job sites like wuzzuf and forasnaKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook.Familiarity with applicant tracking systemsStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spiritBSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant fieldMaximum Age 30 years
