Overview:As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we hire the best and brightest individuals who will contribute to our company's success.

This is an on-site position located in Giza, Egypt.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.Participate in HR initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.Skills and Technologies:Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies.Experience conducting Phone Screenings and in-person interviews.Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
