Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionCollaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.Prepare and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media, company websites, and recruitment platforms.Source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.Coordinate technical interviews and interviews with hiring managers.Administer recruitment assessments when required.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Selection & HiringEvaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.Prepare employment offers and negotiate salaries and employment terms within company guidelines.Coordinate the pre-employment process, including required hiring documentation.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.OnboardingCoordinate with HR and department managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation schedules.Monitor new employees during their probation period and collect feedback from managers.Recruitment AdministrationMaintain accurate recruitment records and applicant databases.Update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.Track recruitment KPIs such as:Time-to-FillTime-to-HireCost-per-HireOffer Acceptance RateQuality of HireSource of HireCandidate SatisfactionPrepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.Employer BrandingPromote the company's employer brand across recruitment channels.Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and networking activities.Develop initiatives to improve candidate engagement and recruitment marketing.
