Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Alexandria, Egypt Industry: Healthcare / Medical Clinics Job Summary:We are looking for a talent-driven and energetic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry to junior-level positions, helping us attract and onboard top talent.

If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and 0-2 years of recruitment experience, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment cycle for various administrative, customer service, and operational vacancies.Source potential candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, social media, and professional networks).Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, background, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS / Odoo) to ensure accurate candidate data.Assist with pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.0 to 2 years of experience max in recruitment (fresh graduates with strong HR internships are welcome to apply).Experience or background within the medical/healthcare sector is highly preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good command of English.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously.
