Religious Tourism Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Religious Tourism Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Hajj and Umrah operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising religious tourism programs while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee Hajj and Umrah programs from planning to execution.Coordinate with travel partners, suppliers, airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities.Lead and supervise the religious tourism team.Ensure compliance with tourism regulations and company policies.Develop operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Monitor performance and achieve business targets.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Hajj and Umrah or religious tourism management.Strong knowledge of religious tourism operations and regulations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tourism-related systems.Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
