We are seeking a passionate and innovative R&D Engineer to join our Lighting Segment team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing lighting solutions that meet industry standards and customer needs.

Design and develop lighting systems and componentsPrepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.Conduct research and testing to improve product performance and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the lighting field.Document processes, designs, and test results clearly and accurately.

B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the lighting industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Good English communication skills.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
