Research & Development Manager

We are hiring a Research & Development Manager to join our growing detergents company.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in formulation, product innovation, and quality improvement within the cleaning products industry.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new detergent and cleaning product formulations- Improve existing products to enhance performance and cost-efficiency- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align product strategy- Stay updated on industry trends and raw material innovations

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)- Proven experience in R&D within detergents or FMCG industry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience with laboratory testing and product scaling- Excellent leadership and communication skills
