As a Reservation Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for uniquely handling reservation calls, managing scheduling databases, and acting as a polished, highly professional brand representative for our corporate inquiries.The intern will learn:Professional corporate phone etiquette and advanced customer service skills.Management of internal booking, calendar, and reservation systems.Handling high-profile client inquiries and coordinating corporate scheduling.Conflict resolution and swift problem-solving techniques during active calls.Effective multi-department coordination and reporting techniques.Duration: 2 months (extendable based on performance and business need)

Current undergraduate student (3rd/4th year) or fresh graduate.Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and unique phone presence.Excellent presentation and professional grooming (highly representative profile).Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.Ability to multitask, manage high call volumes, and maintain a calm, welcoming demeanor.Basic familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
