Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in restaurant and bar operations, with a strong background in a management capacity.Proven track record of managing and controlling revenue, expenses, budgets, and costs within a hospitality setting.Demonstrable experience in inventory management and daily sales reporting.Exceptional Skills:Superior communication skills are paramount, enabling you to effectively interact with clients, staff, and management.Fluent in English and Italian is a non-negotiable requirement.
