Retail Optimizer

Analyze retail sales data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and performance opportunities.Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and product movement to ensure optimal availability.Build and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to track business performance.Use data analysis to support demand forecasting and stock planning decisions.Evaluate product performance and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.Analyze pricing, promotions, and competitor activities to enhance market positioning.Generate actionable insights and present findings to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams to improve overall efficiency.Automate reporting processes and improve data visibility using Excel tools.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in data analysis, retail operations, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, dashboards).Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.Experience with data visualization and reporting is a strong plus.Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.Very good command of English.Experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus.
