Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of TATAS solutions including AV systems, Public Address (Inter-M), and Security systems Identify, recruit, and develop a network of retailers and resellers Achieve sales targets and revenue growth Expand market presence and identify new opportunities ????

Channel & Retail Network ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors Develop tiered reseller programs (A / B / C segmentation)

Manage pricing, discounts, and margins across retail channels Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets ⚙️ System Building & Process Development (Core Role)Design and implement a complete retail sales system, including: Coverage plans (areas, routes, visit frequency)

Sales pipeline and reporting structure KPI tracking and performance monitoring Retail incentive and loyalty programs Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ????

Product Promotion & SupportConduct product demos and training sessions for retailers Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions Ensure proper branding and merchandising standards ????

Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing Provide insights to improve sales performance Identify gaps and new opportunities in the retail channel

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field ????

ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Light Current systems Strong background in AV and/or Security Systems (preferred)

Proven experience in retail sales and distribution channels Experience in building and managing reseller networks
