Russian Quality Assurance Engineer

1.

Conduct QC Pre-inspection of Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding work

2.

Coordinate with ASE/AEP inspector regarding Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding inspection

3.

Participate ASE meeting and manage issued item regarding Mechanical/ Piping installation and Welding inspection

4.

Conduct factory manufacturing inspection of Mechanical/Piping Equipment

5.

Preparation and reporting of manufacturing inspection result

6.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly incoming inspection schedules Conduct Material/Equipment incoming inspection

7.

Issuance of NCR and follow-up actions for Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding

8.

Conduct Welding Management Personnel’s Knowledge Test and assessment for qualification in accordance with Russia Welding Regulation(PNAE/RTM) and ISO

147319.

Coordinate with ASE Welding Laboratory regarding Welding Inspector qualification

10.

Preparation and submission of documents for Audit and Inspection of NPPA/ASE/ENARR

11.

Coordinate with NPPA/ASE/ENARR for Audit and Inspection

12.

The Employer may instruct the Employee to work on other related position/trade to the above stated job position if required and the Employee should follow the Employer’s such instruction.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- High Proficiency in Reading, Written and Spoken English- Russian Welding certificates(more NAKS Level III)- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in on-site welding work in the nuclear or construction field
• Proficient in MS programs and internet- Russia nationality holder- Age from 25 to 45 years □ Preferences :- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract work in Rosatom affiliates(or contract company with Rosatom group)- Russian Welding Inspection Certificates(PNAE)
