Security and Safety ManagerLocation: Misrata, LibyaCompany: Al-Madina Misurata Paints Al-Madina Misrata Paints, a leading paints manufacturing company, is seeking a highly competent Security and Safety Manager to lead and manage all industrial security and occupational health & safety operations across the facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and enforce security and HSE policies, procedures, and systems.Oversee site security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.Lead the implementation of occupational health & safety programs in compliance with local regulations and international standards.Monitor and report on HSE and security KPIs (incidents, near misses, audits, training, emergency drills, etc.).Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and security audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.Manage emergency preparedness, including evacuation plans, drills, and crisis response.Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions.Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required.Train and supervise security personnel and safety staff.Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security and HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and industrial security practices.Proven experience in incident management and emergency response.Leadership and team management capabilities.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
