About the RoleWe are hiring a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue across two complementary businesses:Fox Pools — Swimming pool construction & finishing (B2C sales to individual homeowners and real estate developers)Waterstar — Pool equipment manufacturing & supply (B2B sales to compound operators, hotels, and specialty retailers)Work location: Nasr City office or Badr City factory — depending on task requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and manage the full sales pipeline for both companiesB2C: Prospect individual clients and developers, present pool construction proposals, and close contractsB2B: Target compound managers, hotel procurement teams, and equipment retailers to close supply agreementsPrepare and present quotations; negotiate terms through to deal closureBuild and maintain a long-term client base with strong after-sales follow-upSubmit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to managementRepresent the company at industry events and exhibitions when required

What We OfferBase salary: 10,000 – 14,000 EGP/month (based on experience)Commission: 10% of gross profit per closed deal — paid upon collectionExpected OTE for strong performers: 25,000+ EGP/monthDynamic work environment with established brands in the Egyptian market

Requirements3–6 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in: building materials, sanitary ware, MEP, ceramics, or similar sectorsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter — able to manage own pipeline and time independentlyFamiliarity with Greater Cairo geography (Nasr City, New Cairo, Administrative Capital is a plus)University degree in any disciplineOwn vehicle preferredNot RequiredPrior pool industry experience — full product training is provided
