Drive and maximize regional sales volume, ensuring all monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs are fully achieved.Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales supervisors and promoters to ensure peak field performance.Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners within the assigned territory.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stock levels to identify new growth opportunities and optimize product distribution.Ensure excellent execution of in-store merchandising and brand visibility across all retail touch points.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales management “Experience in Consumer Electronics and Mobile Handsets is highly preferred”Ex OPPO are Welcome to applyStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a deep understanding of retail operations and distribution networks in Egypt.Analytical mindset with the ability to use basic Excel to track sales data, analyze performance reports, and monitor stock levels.High mobility and flexibility to travel and conduct regular field visits within the assigned region.
