- Promotes and sells TMG Club memberships using effective sales and negotiation techniques.
- Explains membership packages, benefits, facilities, payment plans, and terms clearly to potential clients.
- Conducts club tours for prospective members to showcase facilities, services, and unique selling points.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential members to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follows up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and walk-ins.
- Achieves assigned sales targets within the set timelines.
- Coordinates with customer service, finance, and club operations teams to ensure smooth membership processing and activation.
- Maintains updated knowledge of club services, events, promotions, and competitors’ offerings.
- Prepares daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Handles member inquiries and resolves complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Represents the club in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Contributes to team targets and supports colleagues to achieve overall sales objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or client-facing roles (experience in hospitality, clubs, or membership sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Very good to excellent command of English.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
