Sales Coordinator

Generate Leads & Build Pipeline: Make outbound cold calls / visits to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and schedule meetings or visits.

2.

Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

3.

Manage Customs & Shipping: Liaise with customs brokers and clearance agents to handle documentation and ensure timely customs clearance.

4.

Support Customers: Visit new and existing customers to build relationships, understand needs, and provide after-sales support.

- 1 year experience in sales support, logistics, customer service, or operations.

Fresh grads with strong organization skills are welcome.- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets.- Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have- Experience in import/export, freight forwarding, trading industries.- Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation.
