In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to IT decision-makers, including IT Managers, Heads of IT, and Procurement professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to IT managers and other key decision-makersIdentify, engage, and qualify potential customers within target marketsClearly communicate our value proposition as an IT reseller (hardware, software, licensing, services)Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clientsSchedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to Account ManagersResearch target accounts and tailor outreach accordinglyMaintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systemsConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets DesirableExperience selling IT products/services or working for a resellerFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or software licensing What Success Looks LikeConsistently hitting outbound activity targets (calls, emails, outreach)Generating high-quality, qualified sales opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with IT decision-makersContributing to overall revenue growth What We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionOngoing training and developmentSupportive and high-energy sales environment
Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a sales, telesales, or SDR role (B2B preferred)Comfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident speaking with senior IT stakeholdersHighly motivated, target-driven, and results-orientedAbility to quickly understand technical products and servicesOrganised with good time management skills
