We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and booking meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate data in CRM
- Follow up consistently with potential clients
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or lead generation
- Experience in B2B or software/ERP sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools
- Good English level
