1.

Technical Sales & Product PromotionPromote and sell ISP's full range of cable tray systems, cable ladders, support structures, and electrical panels.Engage with consultants, main contractors, and clients to position ISP products during the project design and specification phase.Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, and respond to client queries professionally.

2.

Project Identification & Approval ManagementProactively identify new projects across KSA through market intelligence and client networks.Manage the full project cycle:RFQ → Technical & Commercial Offer → Approvals → SupplyPrepare and submit complete technical submittal packages including:Engineering drawings, data sheets, and technical documentsFollow up with consultants through to Final ApprovalAddress and close all technical commentsMaintain accurate records of approval status for all active projects.

3.

Business Development & Sector ExpansionDevelop and penetrate new market sectors with a primary focus on:Oil & Gas — EPC contractors, operators, and procurement teamsConstruction — developers, main contractors, and MEP subcontractorsBuild and grow long-term relationships with consultants, specifiers, project managers, and procurement officers.Leverage and expand an existing network of KSA contractors and consultants.

4.

Quotations & Commercial ActivitiesPrepare competitive technical and commercial offers in coordination with internal departments.Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions within approved guidelines.Follow up on all submitted quotations and manage the full sales cycle to order confirmation.Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.Coordinate with the finance department for timely collection of receivables.

5.

Reporting & CoordinationMaintain up-to-date records of client visits, project opportunities, and approval status.Submit weekly and monthly sales reports covering pipeline status, approvals, and market feedback.Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering5–8 years in technical sales of cable tray systems or industrial electrical products Strong knowledge of ASTM, IEC, and NEMA specificationsAbility to read engineering drawings and BOQ documentsArabic (Native) / English (Professional working proficiency)
